Best part about being a studio owner?

Working with creatives has been my favorite part in operating Upscale Studio and Events. I thought I knew most of the photographers in Charlotte prior to opening the studio but have since learned there are many more I have yet to meet.

Favorite event?

Friends-giving was my favorite event. The event brought together four cultures of people in which we enjoyed meals catered by each cultural group. The intent of the event was to bring together those that had no where to go on Thanksgiving and link them with strangers who could potentially become friends/family. The event successfully did that and more.

Best part about being a studio owner?

The best part in my opinion is having a place to be creative. I get to do what I love which is throwing events and decorating.

Favorite event?

My favorite event was the Art Show. This one was my favorite because I contacted local artist, musicians and poets to be apart of the event. This was the first event where we had many guest who were complete strangers to us. We even had a guest leave us a note saying how great of an event it was.
